This is the Sofirn SP31v2. It has a single 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery (included) or two CR123A batteries (not included).
It features 7 modes:
Eco-- Low --Medium--High--Turbo, hidden strobe and SOS. They are cycled by the side switch and the tail switch toggles power.
